THE STORYTELLER

About the Author

My name is Tracey. I’m a mother of four, a grandmother of two, and the founder of The Paper Tray. I live in Brisbane, Queensland, though my roots stretch back to Auckland, New Zealand, a place that quietly shaped my love for stories, solitude, and the natural world. I’ve carried a vivid imagination with me for as long as I can remember. As a child, it was constant and unruly; as an adult, it became something more inward, reflective, intuitive, and quietly insistent. I’ve always felt deeply connected to nature and to the unseen threads that tie memory, emotion, and time together. The Timeless Prophecy was born from that inner world. It became an outlet for an overactive imagination that needed somewhere to go, a place where reflection, intuition, and storytelling could live freely, and where stories are not just read, but felt.

I believe that a letter holds so much weight, not in mass or heaviness, but in story, in creation. It invites you to slow down, to sit with something made by hand and by heart. A letter asks for your attention in a world that rarely pauses, offering a moment of connection that feels both intimate and intentional. These letters are born from imagination, memory, and reflection. They carry voices that cross time, fragments of lives once lived or still unfolding, and the quiet belief that stories are meant to be held, not hurried. What you are about to read is not simply correspondence—it is an invitation to step into another moment, another life, and to let the story find its place with you.
