You may cancel your digital subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. As digital content is delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period.
If you experience technical issues preventing access to your content, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.
You may cancel your physical letter subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
If your letters arrive damaged or do not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or provide a refund.
Gift subscriptions may be refunded in full if the recipient has not yet redeemed or received any content. Once content has been delivered, our standard refund policy applies.
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@thepapertray.com with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraud.
